River Forest Community enhances the lives of the community by providing low cost, quality childcare, sports programs for both kids and adults, senior activities and many classes on health, exercise and family care.

The Community Center is a not-for-profit organization created for the purpose of providing recreational, social and educational programs for the residents of River Forest and surrounding communities. All funds for the budget come from program user fees. Other sources of revenue include fundraising, grants, special events and donations.

Programs supported are the Child Care Center, Senior Social Center as well as partnering with Family services.  Programs include state licensed child care, sports programs, classes for youth, adults and senior activities.  Our community programs have affected the lives of over 3000 people in our community over the last year.

We sincerely appreciate the support of all our program participants and supporters.  With your help we will continue to meet the needs of the community far into the future.

Debby Roth's Story
Please join me in the fundraising effort for River Forest Community.
My son has participated every year in their great programs for kids.
I have seen him build confidence and learn great skills while helping
out in the community.

My mother has taken advantage of the many senior opportunities and that's
helped keep her happy and healthy.

It's a great group and I am happy to be a part of it.
